I paid $3,800 for this leather seats and it only last me 4 months when the leather just started peeling I was expecting to last at least 2-3 years but only 4 months. This is going to be the 2nd time a technician is going to come. The first time was because the stitches were coming off so they came to stitch it back together. Bought bedroom set 2 days ago. It was suppose to deliver that same day but their driver didn't want to put it up stairs because they said they didnt want to damge it because our stairs dont have too much space. The next day drivers was able to bring it up but the wood finish wasnt good. They didn't check the furniture before they deliver it. The 3rd day, they were setting up the bed but the middle support was short so they didnt finish their job... Read more

I bought a whole house of furniture when I moved into my apartment. Everything from couch, queen sleepers, dining room chairs, recliner and cocktail table, dressers, etc., everything was broken within a few years. The only things I didn't have to replace again were some OLD dressers I had from the past when they made quality merchandise.

I placed a special order back in May 2016. Cancelled the sprcial order and decided to go with domething they had in store. SC o i found something a lot cheaper at another furniture store so i called to cancel my order completely and get a refund. Now their telling me i didnt cancel my special order until last week. Schedule a delivery a week later for a early delivery with sales person. Found out they don't care and you get when they bring it. That can be midnight. Really ! Bad customer service ! Oh and if you don't want furniture cancel it they don't care. Business must to good to not care or help

We bought a leather sofa and two recliners. We have had them for eight months and they are falling apart. We have had jeromes out several times. I'm very disappointed. I will never buy from them again. Back to Living spaces it's a lot better. Read more

When purchasing the reclining couch and chair the sales rep was pushy and didn't know much about the fabric content. I kept asking about the ease of cleaning & what it's made out of, she just kept replying " It's a heavy weight, durable fabric that's easy to clean." Be aware about ordering furniture from Jeromes. 1. Online you can place your order for the item and get quoted a delivery charge of $199 2. You place an order at the store and they want to charge you $249 3. They only deliver on Thursday 4. Jeromes email/calls you the day before to confirm your date of delivery 5. The worst customer service I have ever expericed! Purchased a sofa and love seat within first six months the sofa was collapsed on one side . Jerome's Furniture scheduled delivery for my couch today. According to their e-mail, it would be delivered at 2:52. At 11:04, they contacted me and told me they would be arriving in 30 minutes. That meant I had to cut my shopping trip immediately with my friends and drive home to make sure I was there.
