Purchased this couches at jeromes furniture in chulavista on 02/2016. First week stitches came off jeromes send a tech. 2nd time paint came off of the couch. Third visit all the couches are flat even back rest. I'm the heaviest in the fam I weight 185. Biggest rip offs.. Don't ever buy a warranty.. It's a REAL BIG JOKE. I am not just saying this. The $2500 couches we bought broke with in the first 5 months. Had them come out because of the warranty we bought. And they tried to tell us that we didn't buy one. Then they finally found it after a hour on my phone with them. Then it was the parts are not in this country and that it will take 8-12 weeks to get a new one. Not happy with it. We... Read more

They delivery schedule is ridiculous! When I called to set it up between 1-5pm, the furniture hasn't arrived. I called again they said it will get delivered at 6:30. 6:30 comes it's still not here, it's now 8:10 and the delivery guy calls and he said his on his way in about 15 minutes!!!They have a bad delivery schedule!!!

We purchased a small side table on Monday and were told we could pick it up at the store on Wednesday. We went to the store on Friday, got the paperwork from customer service and drove to the back pick up area as directed. After 20 minutes we were told the table had not arrived. This Manager acted like she was doing me a huge favor by taking my cash for a large purchase and assisting me with the rest of the charges on a credit card. Her name is Jillian. However, personally I don't think anyone at that store cares about customer service nor do I think they have any training. I paid $3,800 for this leather seats and it only last me 4 months when the leather just started peeling I was expecting to last at least 2-3 years but only 4 months. This is going to be the 2nd time a technician is going to come. The first time was because the stitches were coming off so they came to stitch it back together. Bought bedroom set 2 days ago. It was suppose to deliver that same day but their driver didn't want to put it up stairs because they said they didnt want to damge it because our stairs dont have too much space. The next day drivers was able to bring it up but the wood finish wasnt good. They didn't check the furniture before they deliver it. I bought a whole house of furniture when I moved into my apartment. Everything from couch, queen sleepers, dining room chairs, recliner and cocktail table, dressers, etc., everything was broken within a few years. The only things I didn't have to replace again were some OLD dressers I had from the past when they made quality merchandise.

I placed a special order back in May 2016. Cancelled the sprcial order and decided to go with domething they had in store. SC o i found something a lot cheaper at another furniture store so i called to cancel my order completely and get a refund. Now their telling me i didnt cancel my special order until last week. Schedule a delivery a week later for a early delivery with sales person. Found out they don't care and you get when they bring it. That can be midnight. Really ! Bad customer service ! Oh and if you don't want furniture cancel it they don't care. Business must to good to not care or help
