Jeromes Furniture - Complaint
I purchased a Power Sofa & Power Recliner in August 2015 and now I have some stitching coming loose and that has a one year warranty even though I got the 5 year Guardian Protection.
Jeromes Furniture - Extended service plan
We bought a kitchen table from jeromes in February 2017 and we were talked into an extended service plan. No one told us the details of the plan and when we tried to file a claim it was denied because it was not a single incident. What happens was heat marks on the table from hot food on plates. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN. It is not worth the paper it is written on.
Mattress Protector Review
I purchased a mattress with one protector for the mattress and two extra ones for my twin mattress that i had purchase prior to this transaction The only gave my son one of the twin protector they say they will mail it the other one.
