They delivery schedule is ridiculous! When I called to set it up between 1-5pm, the furniture hasn't arrived. I called again they said it will get delivered at 6:30. 6:30 comes it's still not here, it's now 8:10 and the delivery guy calls and he said his on his way in about 15 minutes!!!They have a bad delivery schedule!!!

I bought a whole house of furniture when I moved into my apartment. Everything from couch, queen sleepers, dining room chairs, recliner and cocktail table, dressers, etc., everything was broken within a few years. The only things I didn't have to replace again were some OLD dressers I had from the past when they made quality merchandise.

Schedule a delivery a week later for a early delivery with sales person. Found out they don't care and you get when they bring it. That can be midnight. Really ! Bad customer service ! Oh and if you don't want furniture cancel it they don't care. Business must to good to not care or help
